Directions to San Saba River Adventures
Appropriately enough, San Saba River Adventures is located just 22 miles from
Eden. We like to think that makes this place pretty close to paradise. To get here,
take IH-10 west from San Antonio. In Junction, hang a right on U.S. Hwy 83 and
go north 34 miles. In Menard, look for the Candle Corral/San Saba River
Adventures on the right, just past the 24-hour Tres Amigos convenience store.
From Austin, take U.S. Hwy 71 to Llano, go left (after the river) on Texas Hwy 29
and follow Hwy 29 through beautiful downtown Mason another 36 miles into
historic Menard. From San Angelo, take U.S. Hwy 87 east to Eden, go right
(south) on U.S. Hwy 83 and on into Menard.
